The language of the arbitration shall be English. The parties shall individually bear their own cost, while the arbitrators’ fee shall be equally borne by the parties.

SEVERABILITY

Where any portion or provision of this Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable in accordance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria or any Treaty applicable, such provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent of the law while the unenforceable portion only shall be deemed to have been severed from the Terms. Such severance or determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other portions of the Terms.
