Mrs. Olutoyin Shomuwa is a seasoned human resources and administrative professional with over two decades of experience in recruitment and personnel management. She holds a Higher National Diploma in Secretariat Studies, along with professional certifications including Certified Personnel Manager, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (ACIHRM). She has extensive HR operations experience, having served as a Recruitment and Documentation Officer, coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards. She is dedicated to continuous learning and contributing to organizational growth and human capital development.

Kehinde Adebayo

A veteran in the field of marketing, Kehinde Adebayo served as Assistant Corporate Services Manager for Sweet Sensation, Marketing Manager for Sureground, and Customer Service and Facility Manager for UACN Property before joining Hoganguards six years ago, where he has quickly risen to the top of the ranks. He is a member of the Polygraph Examiners Association International, a Port Facility Security Officer, and a chartered member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.

Abisoye Afflu is an HR and operations professional with experience spanning benefits administration, employee support, compliance, and organizational operations. Babatomiwa Ibirogba

Babatomiwa Ibirogba is an active-duty U.S. Navy professional with 14 years of experience in leadership, military security, operational management, and mission readiness. He has led the training, mentorship, promotion, and development of service members while managing millions of dollars in government resources and maintaining operational excellence. He holds SRF-B, SSDF, and ISF qualifications and is a Department of Defense-trained firefighter and instructor. His honors include four Good Conduct Medals, three Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, an Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, a Humanitarian Service Medal, and a Sharpshooter Medal. He studied psychology at the University of Houston and University of Maryland.

Toyese Ibirogba

Prior to joining Hogan, Tony Ibirogba spent two years working for the multinational security firm Securitas after studying communications at the University of Houston-Downtown in Texas, USA. He also worked for vehicle manufacturer Land Rover in the USA after furthering his education in automotive industrial technology.

Adrienne Adeshina

Mrs. Adeshina is a global business leader and board director with experience across telecommunications, energy services, professional services, and security services. She has deep expertise in procurement, talent development, and organizational strategy, and has led global initiatives, complex negotiations, and transformation programs. As Vice President of the Hogan Organization, she shapes strategic direction, strengthens governance, and drives operational and financial performance. She is recognized for advancing capability development and future-focused workforce strategies, AI-enabled transformation. Within a family enterprise, she combines legacy stewardship with modern governance, supporting structure, accountability, and professionalization. As a director, she drives growth, execution, and long-term value creation.

Dr. Kolawale Ibirogba

Dr. Kolawole Ibirogba, attended Eko Boys’ High School for secondary education and thereafter attended various higher institutions in the United States from the states of Nebraska, Texas, Oklahoma, and Maryland. He holds B.Ba, M.Ba. Ph.D., and certification as a polygraph examiner from the Maryland Institute of Criminal Justice. Dr. Ibirogba is a member of the American Polygraph Association. He is an industrial psychologist and forensic psychologist with about 50 years of experience in the security industry.

As Chairman of Hogan Organization, she provides strategic governance, champions data-informed decision-making, and preserves the founder’s legacy while driving sustainable growth. Her experience spans oil and gas, security, supply chain, and operations, where she has improved forecasting, logistics, and supplier performance through analytics and automation. She is known for transforming insight into action by building reporting frameworks and scalable systems that improve accountability, transparency, and efficiency. She holds an MBA in Data Analytics and actively mentors cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational capability and performance.
